Mr. Fang's terrible experience

Per Mr. Fang's said, he was introduced to open account and deposit money in there. By January, he could not access Edward's trading platform suddenly and found their company website was closed too.

He then called Edward customer service and was being told the boss had already absconded. He cannot withdraw the cash from account eventually.

In the screenshot, the platform's customer service staff talked with Mr. Fang by voice call instead of text. And in the last conversation with Mr. Fang, they clearly expressed that the boss had already ran away.
